Thanks for visiting Cocalico Creek Home online. Our ordering page provides you with useful information intended to make your online shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It is our never ending goal to serve you to the fullest.

Our Guarantee:
If any merchandise from Cocalico Creek Home fails to meet your expectations, we will take that merchandise back. All Cocalico Creek Home merchandise purchased online holds a 30-day money-back guarantee.  Excludes sale items.

Orders: 
Most orders go out within 3 - 7 business days of receipt.  Please note that business days include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.  Allow 6 - 14 business days for delivery via UPS Ground.  Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charges.  We will confirm shipment of your order via email.  Please provide your email address when checking out.  All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.  To track your UPS order, click here.

Not Included: 
Unless specified, candles are not included with candle holders, flowers in containers are not included, bulbs are not included unless listed, etc.  If an item is included it will be stated in the description.

Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept American Express

Sales Tax Information: 
PA residents will be charged PA State sales tax of 6.0%. 

Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  The following shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the continental USA only. Your total amount will reflect these prices when you checkout with our shopping cart.  We do not ship to international addresses.

If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval prior to processing your order.

Return and/or Exchange Policy: 
We hope you enjoy your purchase from Cocalico Creek Home.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return the merchandise within 30 days to Cocalico Creek Home, Customer Service Returns, 2335 Lincoln Highway East Lancaster, PA 17602.  Enclose a copy of the Customer Invoice and a reason for the return or exchange.  Returns will be shipped back at your own cost.  If you are requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  Shipping charges and sale items are not refundable. Please direct all return/refund questions to cocalicocreek@yahoo.com.

Damage in Transit: 
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged.  If this happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately via phone or email.  Please open packages immediately and report any damages within 7 business days of reciept.
